GIJ techs are always polite and efficient. While the problem sounded like one thing, it was quickly diagnosed as bad motor bearing causing reverberations. Tech offered to have temp unit installed, promised immediate order of motor, doing all they could to assure us.
I being a business major can tell you the two Davids working in concert were outstanding. On top of this, they are so about the rest of the competition. As a result I called Glenn I. Jones and would do t again in a heartbeat. It's been my experience that in all trades Lake City has its share of appathetical labor force.
