We contacted Wilson after our unit did not heat our home overnight. It's an abnormally cold time in Florida recently and upcoming, so time was of the essence with two young children in the home. Our technician, Nick, arrived that afternoon. Nick quickly diagnosed the problem and had the supplies brought over to repair it so we didn't have another cold night ahead. He also took care of servicing our unit while he was here. I was impressed with how quickly they responded and for the extra-mile-service, the price was great as well. I live in Columbia County. I texted the number I found online on a Sunday night at 10PM because a toilet was not flushing. I not only got a response, which surprised me, I was also scheduled for service at 10AM Monday morning! Very professional and courteous! I would recommend them to anyone who asks!

Soured on our A/C service folks who we've had for 19 years, we turned to Touchstone - cannot express how happy we are with them. Will/Willie was fabulous in the service and other work he did on our heating unit - he was very efficient, detail oriented and respectful of us and our home. We also had Touchstone clean our ducts - Brice and Hunter also were great, again very good work, efficient and respectful of us. If anyone needs work done, we highly recommend them.

I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my aunt after her father had passed. In the special instructions I asked that they give her a hug for me since I live across the country. I stated that they didn't have to. I just got a call from my aunt. The woman that delivered the flowers gave her a hug even though she didnt have to, and the flowers are beautiful.
