These guys bent over backwards to accommodate replacing a leaky evap coil as quickly as possible, to the point of even adding refrigerant every other day to keep the system operating until the coil arrived. They are exceedingly helpful and a very honorable company with which to do business. It's a true shame that they're burdened with HVAC systems from once-reputable outfits like Trane. Trane and basically all HVAC manufacturers these days have gone the cheap route and now make products that don't last nearly as long as they should, but installation and repair outfits like Wilson get all the blame even though they have nothing at all to do with those manufacturing… read full review
I was very happy with the fast service I received from Wilson Heat & Air. The technician called me within 10 minutes of my call and was at my house resolving the issue within 5 minutes. Very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this company.
Great experience!
Finally found a company that fixed my problem. Went through literally 4 other companies, trying to figure out this unit. Always was told it was working properly, which it was, it was just blowing a large amount of conditioned (cold) air out into the yard. Brandon new upon arrival that this wasn't normal. He found the leak, fixed it, and now I have happy tenants!!
