I’ve been with this practice for over 10 years. I hesitate to write this because if others find out what a special place it is, it will get too busy to get an appointment! The doctors are fantastic, especially Dr Sebastian. He is personable, honest, caring and kind! Who uses those words to describe a dentist?! The office staff is very efficient, caring and friendly. A real rarity to find an office that is efficient and accountable! Every hygienist I’ve seen has been top notch and a true master of her craft. But Renee is all of that and an educator. She takes the time to train you on things you need to know (or should have known!). I can’t say enough about this fine group of professionals! Thank you all for putting up with me!!!

It really helped me to relax and ground into myself after a stressful week.Greer is an amazing colorist! She also always cuts my hair exactly how I want it! Sometimes I take pictures to her, sometimes I describe what I want.

I love my nails. Call me old school but I prefer Pink and White acrylic nails with gel. Not every salon these days knows how to do it they always want to do french. Linh is wonderful she does a beautiful job and she is very talented in creating nail art (see my photo). Love love love her designs. The salon is very clean and everyone there has a pleasant demeanor. I highly recommend T-Palace Nails!!!

Ms.Joy is so amazing. My grandson started going to her at age 4. He had a fear of other barbers he had been to. She got him up in the chair and she was and is so compassionate with him. He just turned 6 and he loves his visits with her.

I cannot think of a more capable and kind individual than Dottie. Miss Dottie permed and style the hair of both my great grandmother Bert Miller and my granny, Benne Dougan, since 1997. Cassandra did my Bob . I absolutely love it ! No one can seem to get it right . I asked what I wanted and I got just that . And she was sooo soo sweet !! I’m the type of person to give everyone a chance once because hair grows back . If it works perfect if it doesn’t it’s ok give it time to grow back and try again . But I’m for sure going back . There’s one employee there that didn’t seem so nice she just seemed miserable

I had a shower drain that needed to be replaced. I çalled they gave the next available. I also like the fact they call letting you know when their coming and you get a text on the day of arrival. Jake arrived on time and he listened and he worked and fixed my shower drain. I would use them again and recommend. Thank you

Serenity Dentist is a great dental experience. I love how friendly the staff are. How it is almost like a spa experience. My dental hygienist offers me a pillow, a blanket. I get to watch a relaxing screen with nature scenes. I get to have coffee and drinks as I come and go. I really appreciate this place. It’s the best dentist I have ever had. I leave with a goodie bag.
Dr. Kim is the best dentist I have ever been to. Not only is he a great dentist but he and his staff are extremely kind and I highly recommend them for any dental work. They are also very helpful with veterans.

I think they’re great there. My only peeve is that they never answer the phone. It constantly goes to voicemail and then you don’t ever get a call back and you have to keep calling.

I’ve lived in CA and several places in Florida and I’ve used local veterinarians in each location. Since moving to The Villages I've used Faithful Companion and hands down they’re the best vets and support staff ever. At my last visit this week especially, I received a down to earth, realistic prognosis and treatment plan for my dog. Expensive and pointless testing was neither pushed nor recommended which was so refreshing. Thank you Faithful Companion for being so genuine.

I received a call back the next day just asking how my cat dadas is doing and that was extremely kind to know they’re still thinking about us after we left!
They scheduled a follow up a week later, and said if we needed to come sooner they’re able to accommodate. I definitely recommend these ladies. Thanks guys
