“I have had Fertigator for about a year now the service is ok lawn looks ok but the real issue is getting them on the phone. I have called 4 ties left three messages for them to get back to me and NOBODY CALLS. I did get one call back was unable to answer at that time then tried to call again no answer left message. I know they could care less about me but all I want to do is pay my bill and get set up for my account online so I do not have to call them. Very unhappy but would be great to talk to somone who has a personality and friendly. Does anyone have any phone numbers for their representatives at least I could talk to them.
Joe i belive the owner, called me today and we spoke a out the communication issues and I am very happy that I was able to express my thoughts it was a very pleasurable conversation. I do feel Fertigator is one of the best lawn car companies out here in this area. Plan on keeping them for a long time.”
