He explained clearly what he was providing service for and gave clear, helpful advice for my lawn needs, including filling in gaps with Black Kow soil and not the less expensive one which contains wood chip fillers. He gave helpful advice for my sprinkler heads and took note of the green grass immediately around the sprinkler head, but drying grass just beyond. He recommended the correct grass I should replace.
