Overall, TruGreen remains committed to addressing customer needs and ensuring a healthy lawn.
The service guy from TruGreen did an exceptional job on my yard. His objective was to find chinch bugs which I was convinced were destroying my yard. He spent a lot of time searching for the bugs but to no avail.
He then surmised that the damage to my grass was probably due to the record high heat from this summer. He deserves a medal for going above and beyond expectations.
We were very pleased with Scott as our Specialist. He Explained the treatment our lawn would need in detail. We were pleased with how conscientious and concerned Scott was with us as customers he took the time to explain everything in great detail about our lawn and what he was going to do to help us make our lawn much better. It was refreshing to have someone actually take the time and provide customer service, which is very hard to find these days. We would be extremely happy if he could continue to be our Specialist in this area thanks, Scott
My grass was not to good with the other company but when I got TruGreen the lawn came back. Only one side of the lawn still needs a little help but 95 percent of the lawn looks really good. Thank you
