Our technician, Marc Perez from Florida Pest Control came today for an issue we were having. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. I usually let my husband handle people coming to the house for various services but Marc was so attentive and easy to talk to that I even engaged in the conversation. He gave my husband some things he can do such as fill in cracks, etc. to help remedy the situation too. He was a pleasure. I feel confident that the problem has been taken care of thanks to Marc!
