Wayne Prentiss was an awesome inspector, not only was he comfortable of allowing me to let him in remotely, but he had great customer service skills. He informed me of 3 wasp nests under my patio and made suggestions of how to get rid of them. In addition, he pulled my garbage can by my garage door and asked if I wanted him to place it inside, him knowing I can open the garage remotely.
