We stared using this company for our condominium association a few months ago and this association has been here for many years .
During those years we have used several towing truck companies but none of them has give us the service and the prompt response that magic has give us.
Tonight December 1st I requested services and waiting minutes they were here.
I spoke with the driver which was very polite and reasonable and I have no words to describe the confidence and satisfaction that I have for picking up this company .
If you need a car towed. This is the ABSOLUTE worst company to call. They are very disgusting and rude and decided to block me for “calling to much in regards to an unmarked parked car being towed in my community” If you have any choice ANY tow company is betterService: Car towing
I was really impressed with them. I was trying to get a tow from another company (recommended by my dealer) but they weren't able to get a truck out to me and recommend Magic Tow as someone THEY trusted. They said they'd have someone out to me in about an hour and arrived at my house within 45 minutes.I have a Prius that won't start, and couldn't even be shifted out of neutral. Matthew (tow truck driver) was able to pick it up from my driveway and get it onto the truck with no problems. I asked him how long he'd been driving a tow truck and he said ten years. That experience really showed in how well he handled what I was afraid was going to be a very difficult situation.Car...read full review
