Tow Pros of Orlando is the worse towing company ever. My vehicle was towed from my residence for not having a parking sticker. Even though they claim to have 24 hour service, it took them three hours to answer the phone. The guy I spoke to was incredibly rude, condescending. Then he tried to tell me that I needed permission from the property manager to pick up my car. When I told him that I was coming with the impound fee right now to pick up my vehicle, his reply was "Good Luck." He also hung up on me when I wouldn't listen to the pack of lies he was giving which were excuses to keep my veh8cle longer. Great company and very reliable, I was stranded and stuck on the 408 made one call and they came and picked up the car. Even went above and beyond to get me a Uber home. Not saying they do this for everyone but that really helped me out. Car was exactly were I asked then to drop it off within 2hrs after the fact. GREAT COMPANY! I would deff recommend ! -thank you towpro and your staffs
Of course the transactions were easy. Only problem I had was that this company DOES NOT ACCEPT CASH! I really wish they’d told me over the phone before I took a Lyft directly there. They’re also expensive! My vehicle was there for 2 days and my total was nearly $300. Also, I’d honestly never give a tow company 5 stars unless it was my own decision to tow my vehicle. Staff seemed friendly. Word of advice, find parking no matter what!!
