We were in a Mercedes Benz 12 passenger sprinter van and our tire blew out on the Florida Turnpike going North almost in Orlando. It was dangerous and nerve wrecking. Miguel Arce came almost immediately and picked us up in his monster tow truck. He was so kind and competent and saved us!!!We would highly recommend Monster Tow trucking and Miguel.

Today I had my car towed by Harold after a flat tire. He was the most polite and pleasant person I could have met after a trying morning. He was on time as promised and demonstrated care in handling my car and I just wanted to say “Thank you again Harold”..if ever I am in the need for towing services your company will be the first one to call.
