First off, Freddy is great and quickly assessed the scope of cleaning our ducts. His guys came out 2 days later and went to town! We had just purchased our home and the ducts had been neglected for a LONG time. It might be in our heads, but we immediately felt better after the cleaning. Jamie worked magic on my hair!!!!!! It was in bad condition and the color was a mess. She gave me a whole new head of hair and was careful and thoughtful about how to do it and cost. FYI: The salon prices are very fair. Jamie also made it a fun, comfortable experience whereas other salons can sometimes feel intimidating. I came into Blown Away with a really bad coloring job from another local salon. Maura was kind enough to chat with me about how I'd like it fixed and quoted me a reasonable price. She texted Melissa, my appointed hairdresser, pics of my hair ahead of time. Melissa even texted me before the appointment as a semi-consulation, asking for inspo pics so she could be prepared. Today when I went in, Melissa and I reaffirmed what she was going to do. She was very thoughtful and made sure the job was done right before I stepped out the door. Santy's hair/shave/hot towel combo is rapidly becoming one of my favorite pasttimes. I love the atmosphere, the music, the crowd. It's a bustling shop but also very relaxing. Santy also does a great job with my 4-year-old son. He loves (and I do too) that he has a barber that he can call by name.
Mike was excellent after he trimmed my husband's hair. He listened to our needs and took it upon themselves to fulfill our wishes. Professional, transparent, and expeditious treatment, including the staff who enjoyed it. With God before us we will be back in a year for the second cut.

I made an appointment for Lorri for my sons wedding. I could not have been more pleased with her services. She was able to figure out exactly how I wanted my hair even though I had a hard time explaining it and she did my makeup so beautiful. She could tell I was nervous and she put me completely at ease. What a fabulous experience for such an important day for me! She is a gem!

Hot Cuts has moved to K&C Stylists 1509 Josephine St. I called and was set for an appointment in less then a week. Belinda was my stylist and dud an excellent job. My hair was damaged by the sun and she gave me a complimentary treatment to restore my hair to a beautiful condition, soft and full. The haircut and blow dry was beyond any expectations. Belinda is an outstanding and professional cosmetologist. The salon is clean and free of harsh product odors. Beautifully decorated and spacious. I highly recommend Belinda and this salon.

got my haircut there on a Thursday morning by a barber named Anatoly. He asked what I wanted and I told him make it short. He asked how I liked it cut and told him normally they use a clipper on the sides and cut the top with scissors. That's exactly what he did and did a great job bringing fading it all together. He also offered to do the eyebrows and without asking he trimmed those pesky ear hairs and lower neck hairs. all in all great communication and a great cut too. I will be back

I've had Frank's Plumbing do jobs for me at previous residences and they always responded quickly, and provided me prompt and efficient service. So I naturally went back to them for jobs at my new house. In 2020 they installed a tankless water heater to replace my aging and bulky tank heater (which the previous owners chose to locate in the master bedroom closet). Frank's crew were fast, efficient, cleaned up afterward like they were never there, and didn't charge an arm and a leg like some plumbers in this town do. So for the past several years I've had the use of my energy efficient, immediate demand tankless water heater, with no muss, no fuss, and saving me lots of space in my closet, and more importantly lots of money. More recently, I contacted them about a problem with a shower. They quickly diagnosed the problem, and came out to fix it. And today (3/7/24) they came out and repaired a broken water shut-off valve. Always prompt, courteous, and professional service!Thanks Frank's!

HONEST, GREAT, FAST WORK, AND GOOD PRICES! They responded to my call immediately with a sympathetic attitude. I explained my plumbing was backing up and they promised to get to me as quickly as possible. They were at my house the next day and quickly identified the issue and fixed it. The Plumbers were very nice and kept me informed throughout the process.

I’m from 1500 miles away staying at Geiger Key! I had a low voltage issue at the campgrounds receptacle I was told 2 times it must be my equipment. 2 gentleman came out today 12/30 and originally said the same thing but once they investigated a bit further they realized it wasn’t. Although there was not any obvious issue why the voltage reading was causing my surge protector to trip. They were kind and listened to my thoughts as the continued to try to figure it out
The last thing they could think could be was a bad splice in a junction box. They ran the snake and found it. Burnt connection was repaired and bingo all is good!

Wayne was fair, honest, and gave a reasonable and timely estimate for our renovation. His staff were knowledgeable and did a great job with both the rough work and finish work. He used all vinyl trim outside to minimize future maintenance and pressure treated wood for framing. The hardwood floor in the addition matched perfectly with existing floor and was a seamless transition. Due to long wait time for the hurricane window, he reinstalled the old window allowing us to get into the room and came back to install new window as soon as it arrived. I highly recommend this contractor and will use him again when I replace my existing windows with impact resistant windows.

I visit many chiropractors, at least once a month, as a full-time traveler. Dr. Bruce was exceptional. He asked a few questions, developed rapport, then quickly focused on the issue and produced some relief. Did I mention how nice they were? I woke up with a major pinch between my shoulder blades while on vacation in Key West over memorial weekend. I was worried it might ruin the rest of the trip. I was so glad that I was able to call ahead and they accepted me as a walk in. I do not remember the Dr's name but he was very thorough. I was there for 45 minutes evaluating, doing some brushing method and of course adjusting me. He even massaged on the knot a little to loosen it up. No chiropractor I have ever been to has taken the time to do all of these extra steps to help "fix" me. The price was reasonable although I probably would have paid just about anything to salvage our trip. Lol. It worked wonders and we were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation!
After the just exam and first adjustment I slept through the night for the first time in almost 2 years and woke up far less stiff than usual. After the second, I had no stiffness at all.I initially chose Dr. Norman due to his new patient evaluation special he was running.The price to get the evaluation with X-rays and a first adjustment was unbelievable.I hadn't been to a chiropractor in many years, and honestly just wanted to know where I stood with my back.I'm so glad I took the leap, and his staff are wonderful.

Noel, the Vet Tech was super friendly and asked many questions and provided valuable information about diet, anal gland health, giving us some samples of a product that may help. She is a great listener! Dr. Humphries was enthusiastic, experienced and actually had shadowed under our vet in Panama City Beach. Small world! She assessed a small lump I found on Sami's leg and it appeared to be a fatty tumor, which she confirmed. Thank God! He was given a great exam and we'll be returning to the practice. I was impressed with her expertise.

My friend and I had a wonderful time on the ECO tour. I live in Key West and I feel like I'm so glad I discovered this option for getting out on the water. We really appreciated the knowledge of the crew on the wildlife, as well as the sustainable materials used for lunch and snacks. They serve all organic foods from Date and Thyme! Lots of Sport injuries, 50 years of pushing a Flats Skiff and major back issues. Gregory Henke is good medicine , he definitely is listening and applying your information to his massage procedure. I had an old Back Injury flare up and my usual, walking, stretching, Inversion Back Swing were not enough to get out of the Lower Back Spasms. 70 minutes after Greg went to work I was a new man. Call him !

So my wife went to this little place after she threw out her lower back picking something up. She met Cici at the front door and was escorted upstairs for a full back massage ( you stay downstairs for a foot massage). In her own words… omg this lady just took out the childhood trauma out of me in 30 min, she found nooks and crannies I never knew existed nor have ever been pressed on at any massage parlor. She met all my kids on my back as well as the stress of everyday life, work and life itself. In 30 minutes she massaged my back, folded my arms behind, got areas never known to man and I don’t know but somehow she pressed on my middle back and my hips just had so much relief the minute she hit that pressure point. She highly recommends it and her back felt much better. Nothing is a quick fix but I’m sure she’s been holding onto a lot to highly recommend this place. They also place a hot towel on your back when they’re done, clean the oils off, provide water to hydrate. It’s a clean place and the service was remarkable.
Excellent massage. I have been many times and seen different therapists - never been disappointed! Yes, the exterior could use a facelift and language is a barrier, but you will not find a more invigorating massage on the island for such a reasonable price!
