After having spinal surgery at Jackson Memorial when I returned to Key West, my home I needed a lot of follow up.Appointments, PT, injections, home exercises I am still walking mostly because of the excellent care I have received. Most precessional, knowledge in new treatments, not over prescribing meds, I find this office and their staff beyond excellent.
The only problem is their phone system.

First off, Freddy is great and quickly assessed the scope of cleaning our ducts. His guys came out 2 days later and went to town! We had just purchased our home and the ducts had been neglected for a LONG time. It might be in our heads, but we immediately felt better after the cleaning. I came into Blown Away with a really bad coloring job from another local salon. Maura was kind enough to chat with me about how I'd like it fixed and quoted me a reasonable price. She texted Melissa, my appointed hairdresser, pics of my hair ahead of time. Melissa even texted me before the appointment as a semi-consulation, asking for inspo pics so she could be prepared. Today when I went in, Melissa and I reaffirmed what she was going to do. She was very thoughtful and made sure the job was done right before I stepped out the door. I came at 530pm for a mani/pedi knowing they close at 7pm. Each lady had a customer and were debating on who's up next.

I got a dip manicure for my 15th birthday and to have done for my city's pride parade and they executed what I wanted perfectly. They gave great service and my nail tech was so good! I made an appointment for Lorri for my sons wedding. I could not have been more pleased with her services. Hot Cuts has moved to K&C Stylists 1509 Josephine St. I called and was set for an appointment in less then a week. Belinda was my stylist and dud an excellent job. My hair was damaged by the sun and she gave me a complimentary treatment to restore my hair to a beautiful condition, soft and full. The haircut and blow dry was beyond any expectations. Belinda is an outstanding and professional cosmetologist. The salon is clean and free of harsh product odors. Beautifully decorated and spacious. I highly recommend Belinda and this salon.

got my haircut there on a Thursday morning by a barber named Anatoly. He asked what I wanted and I told him make it short. He asked how I liked it cut and told him normally they use a clipper on the sides and cut the top with scissors. That's exactly what he did and did a great job bringing fading it all together. He also offered to do the eyebrows and without asking he trimmed those pesky ear hairs and lower neck hairs. all in all great communication and a great cut too. I will be back

I came here for a massage with my sister in law and we were absolutely blown away by the quality of service. From start to finish the staff was very friendly. The massage rooms were dim lighted which added to the relaxation. We had the pleasure of getting our massages done by Hillary and Mark who were so professional and thorough. If you want to spoil yourself while you’re in the Keys, book a massage at the spa. It was such a beautiful, tranquil location. The rooms are just lovely as is the entire property. My massage therapist, Amber, did an exceptional job. I was so relaxed and felt so calm and pain free afterwards. I can’t wait to do it again next year when we come back!

I've had Frank's Plumbing do jobs for me at previous residences and they always responded quickly, and provided me prompt and efficient service. So I naturally went back to them for jobs at my new house. In 2020 they installed a tankless water heater to replace my aging and bulky tank heater (which the previous owners chose to locate in the master bedroom closet). Frank's crew were fast, efficient, cleaned up afterward like they were never there, and didn't charge an arm and a leg like some plumbers in this town do. So for the past several years I've had the use of my energy efficient, immediate demand tankless water heater, with no muss, no fuss, and saving me lots of space in my closet, and more importantly lots of money. More recently, I contacted them about a problem with a shower. They quickly diagnosed the problem, and came out to fix it. And today (3/7/24) they came out and repaired a broken water shut-off valve. Always prompt, courteous, and professional service!Thanks Frank's!

HONEST, GREAT, FAST WORK, AND GOOD PRICES! They responded to my call immediately with a sympathetic attitude. I explained my plumbing was backing up and they promised to get to me as quickly as possible. They were at my house the next day and quickly identified the issue and fixed it. The Plumbers were very nice and kept me informed throughout the process.

Mikey showed up on time after having asked me when I wanted him to start. He was obviously very skilled at the job. Not a pleasant job, climbing his ladder, holding items up and manipulating them getting my new ceiling fans installed. He took about the same time that was estimated by the company person who originally advised me on the job - about 4-5 hours. I haven't received by bill yet, so I'll update if there is any issue there.
And he is a great, friendly guy!

Update: one fan turned out to be defective. The company sent me a part which Mikey quickly changed out. The disheartening part is that I am charged $200 for that additional short job that Mikey did excellently. I just found out that their minimum charge is actually more than $200 so be aware of that. I will not use Apollo for small electric jobs anymore. The charge to install the five new fans was reasonable. About $500

I’m from 1500 miles away staying at Geiger Key! I had a low voltage issue at the campgrounds receptacle I was told 2 times it must be my equipment. 2 gentleman came out today 12/30 and originally said the same thing but once they investigated a bit further they realized it wasn’t. Although there was not any obvious issue why the voltage reading was causing my surge protector to trip. They were kind and listened to my thoughts as the continued to try to figure it out
The last thing they could think could be was a bad splice in a junction box. They ran the snake and found it. Burnt connection was repaired and bingo all is good!
Many employees would have left and not gave the 2nd, 3rd and 4th effort

Wayne was fair, honest, and gave a reasonable and timely estimate for our renovation. His staff were knowledgeable and did a great job with both the rough work and finish work. He used all vinyl trim outside to minimize future maintenance and pressure treated wood for framing. The hardwood floor in the addition matched perfectly with existing floor and was a seamless transition. Due to long wait time for the hurricane window, he reinstalled the old window allowing us to get into the room and came back to install new window as soon as it arrived. I highly recommend this contractor and will use him again when I replace my existing windows with impact resistant windows.

I woke up with a major pinch between my shoulder blades while on vacation in Key West over memorial weekend. I was worried it might ruin the rest of the trip. I was so glad that I was able to call ahead and they accepted me as a walk in. I do not remember the Dr's name but he was very thorough. I was there for 45 minutes evaluating, doing some brushing method and of course adjusting me. He even massaged on the knot a little to loosen it up. No chiropractor I have ever been to has taken the time to do all of these extra steps to help "fix" me. The price was reasonable although I probably would have paid just about anything to salvage our trip. Lol. It worked wonders and we were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation!
After the just exam and first adjustment I slept through the night for the first time in almost 2 years and woke up far less stiff than usual. After the second, I had no stiffness at all.I initially chose Dr. Norman due to his new patient evaluation special he was running.The price to get the evaluation with X-rays and a first adjustment was unbelievable.I hadn't been to a chiropractor in many years, and honestly just wanted to know where I stood with my back.I'm so glad I took the leap, and his staff are wonderful.
We had a great experience here, as a first visit. Alex was very pleasant and helpful in setting the appointment and securing records. Noel, the Vet Tech was super friendly and asked many questions and provided valuable information about diet, anal gland health, giving us some samples of a product that may help. She is a great listener! Dr. Humphries was enthusiastic, experienced and actually had shadowed under our vet in Panama City Beach. Small world! She assessed a small lump I found on Sami's leg and it appeared to be a fatty tumor, which she confirmed. Thank God! He was given a great exam and we'll be returning to the practice. I was impressed with her expertise.

I’ve got 20 years of experience with groomers, as an owner of small dogs. This is my first time in Key West. Salty Paws did the best job I’ve ever seen on any of my dogs. I walked away from there with my pom boy, squeeing happily?. Definitely recommending.

The team here—Dr. Tom, Mike, and Mickey—fit my 5-month-old puppy in without an appointment to treat an infected injury. They did a great job and answered all of my questions, and never made us feel rushed even though they had been about to wrap up business for the day when we arrived. I really appreciate the peace of mind and attention they provided during what had been a stressful day for me and my puppy.
The best place to practice yoga in Key West. The garden studio is tranquil and beautiful. The instrctors are top notch. Donna Stabile, in particular, is able to differentiate options for each pose to tailor instruction to each individual student’s ability and need. A truly serene and fulfilling experience.
We had the pleasure of taking a kayak tour with Ellen. Great information, nice boats and paddles and some of the coolest paddling through several mangrove forest I've ever done. Highly recommend this company. I'd definitely do it again. Thank you Ellen!!

My friend and I had a wonderful time on the ECO tour. I live in Key West and I feel like I'm so glad I discovered this option for getting out on the water. We really appreciated the knowledge of the crew on the wildlife, as well as the sustainable materials used for lunch and snacks. They serve all organic foods from Date and Thyme! We were able to see dolphins, snorkel, and kayak and it was a perfect day on the water. Thank you to all that showed us a great time!

I get a massage here about once a month. It's a bit pricey, but SO worth the money !! The massage staff are strong, friendly and very competent. I always leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and comfortable. I do need to work on my Chinese, however, as the staff speaks limited English. Doesn't affect the massage experience one bit ! Highly recommended.

Lots of Sport injuries, 50 years of pushing a Flats Skiff and major back issues. Gregory Henke is good medicine , he definitely is listening and applying your information to his massage procedure. I had an old Back Injury flare up and my usual, walking, stretching, Inversion Back Swing were not enough to get out of the Lower Back Spasms. 70 minutes after Greg went to work I was a new man. Call him !
Excellent firm massage, she got out knots that others couldn't! Love the different stretches, clapping, and warm towel scrubbing. They let me use the shower since my boat AirBNB has crappy shower without hot water!! Amazing. Highly recommended from this massage veteran!!
Honestly an awesome Hot Stone massage that I NEEDED after working this week. Im relaxed and the stones were the perfect temperature. However, I'll settle on bringing my own ear plugs or headphones because the dude let it rip half way through, and had a few burps to let out through the 60 mins.
