Sturtz Lock and Safe

Visiting key west for the day. Thought I had locked the key in the trunk of my rental car! I wrestled my two dogs while I waited. Sturtz guys arrived within a few minutes and were complete pros! After unlocking the car and then the trunk finding no key, they held my dogs so I could look under the tree where I was sitting. No key. Then, there it was, on the ground right in front of the car in some mulch! They found it. Great folks, professional service, and ready to help out! Thanks for saving my key west day!

Charlie responded to my message early on a Saturday morning to let me know he was on his way. He was at my apartment in less than 30 minutes and had the lockout issue resolved within 15 minutes. We broke the key in the ignition of our boat while being tossed around with 20 knot winds at a mooring ball in the harbor. We called sturtz and they told us when they would be there and in just a few minutes he had our broken key out of our 42-year-old Volvo marine diesel ignition and we were on our way again. Friendly service, fast service, expert service you can't ask for anything more.
