Our residential service specialist, Taymi Romero-Lopez was as professional as it gets. With a smile she serviced every aspect of our home and even gave tips to keep bugs away. We had very respectful three way conversation with my husband and myself. I think in the long term she is already a valuable asset to your company because she shares with you what is it and why and a lot of how. Keep her and hope to see Taymi and her smile again!
We had an exceptional experience with Taymi today who came out for routine treatment. I was honestly questioning whether the service plan was worth it, until I saw Taymi treat every single window, door, crack, and crevice around the perimeter of my house. She was incredibly thorough and professional throughout the Service. She Noticed that we have dogs and was very knowledgeable and conscientious about their safety. Thank you Taymi!
JC was great, I call Truly Nolan for my home and they were quick to respond with tons of communication, we went over points in the home to help maintain pest control, would recommend
