Good mani/pedi. My husband paid and had left and my stylist checked to confirm if I had paid and apparently she didn't feel she was tipped enough. She commented something in Vietnamese to her coworker and shoved it back into the cup. I got up said said goodbye and thank you and she stood there while someone else Siad goodbye. It really bothered me so I asked my husband how much he tipped and he said 30%. She would have really frowned if I would have tipped because I tip 20% unless they make an attempt to make conversation or offer exceptional massage and service which was not the case here.
I came at 530pm for a mani/pedi knowing they close at 7pm. Each lady had a customer and were debating on who's up next.
I was told to come back at 6:15pm. So I did. I was in the chair by 630.
I thought to myself, oh it's closing time and I'll get a rush job. But NO!. This lady gave me the full undevided attention and detail. I was like oh wow, she doing her damn thing ❤️
If you come here go to this lady. She gave me what felt was a VIP treatment and it was closing time.

When I tell you Belkis ATE my nails! OMG!! I left screaming I was SO happy! She has such amazing attention to detail and her shaping game is on point! I can be very picky when it comes to my nails but she did a phenomenal job. I have no issues! Love the later hours of the salon. I was able to go after work with ease. MUCHO GRACIAS BELKIS!!!
