This yoga studio is awesome! Staff and community was warm very welcoming; the classes are amazing; I was very comfortable and the instructors tailored the classes for all level in way that made me feel accepted and ? present. It’s a gorgeous studio and if you are looking - I def. Recommend trying a few classes here!

I struggled to find a yoga studio I really felt aligned with - until Hamsa. I can't recommend their yoga experience enough. I love the warm yoga aspect, each teacher is unbelievable and unique, and yet each class feels branded as a Hamsa experience. Sweating, stretching, and getting attuned to my mind and body at Hamsa is my happy place :)

Shoutout to all the instructors here, you’re all amazing ! I’m most definitely a beginner and there is a wide range of different classes here and different times. The instructors are very patient and helpful and regardless of your level whether you’re a beginner or an expert you can take any class here and go at your own pace and nobody will judge you. It’s a safe place and the best yoga spot in town. Highly recommend it! Whether your experience or just want to try out yoga and see if you like it, this is the spot to go to !
