They are responsive and willing to take on both big and small jobs, even last-minute repairs. Vast Roofing works efficiently and in a timely manner, communicating clearly with customers and their insurance companies. Their team is professional and skilled, providing quality work on everything from shingle and underlayment replacement to carpentry work.
Luis at Vast roofing did an exceptionally detailed inspection of my roof and provided an excellent report and communication throughout the process. Notably, they identified a problem area that two other roofers missed that would have undoubtably caused a significant issue in the future without the much needed repair. I have hired them to perform periodic inspections based on my initial experience with them and they have continued to provide excellent, detailed communication and service.
Very fast! My roof was actively leaking from rain and I needed an emergency repair. Felipe responded in a timely manner, and showed up within the hour of contacting me and got the job done. He was professional and provided excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend his service if you are in a bind and need your roof repaired on the spot. Luis is experienced and thorough. He redid our roof years ago and we did not hesitate to bring him back. He was here when he said he would be here, he did exactly what he said he would do and charged us a very fair price. I would highly recommend his services. We give him five stars!
