We pulled in with our motorhome, without an appointment on a Friday afternoon. Reece the manager was awesome. We were lucky enough to get a tech right away, he found our problem. Reece came out personally and looked at our RV. We were in and out quickly and all of the people we dealt with were professional and attentive to our needs. I would recommend if you are in the area and find yourself needing help, do not hesitate to stop in. Excellent customer service. Thank you guys!

Our family was travelling from Fl home to NC in our diesel RV and had a couple of engine lights come on driving through Jacksonville. Tom Nehl's was highly recommended by other RV friends in the area. The moment we pulled in, Patrick took care of us & communicated with us through the entire experience. Robby the engine tech was friendly, professional & helped us with the diagnostics and problem solving of this stressful situation. Even though I don't own a freightliner anymore, I still stop and shop for accessories, hoses,coolant, batteries and some flatbed equipment. Mr.Phil in service was AWESOME. The parts staff are all very nice and knowledgeable of their work.
