Leonard and Chase were awesome to deal with. We scheduled an appt for first thing on a Monday and Chase had the work done by 2pm. (Packed bearings and greased the 3 axle independent suspension on our 5th wheel)
I work with Matt Cartwright the Asst Mgr. and he is excellent to help you through suspension issues. I brought my RV in to have it checked. The Horton team is a great group of people. The mechanic was very good. Worked on my spring leaf front and rear suspension, replaced my shocks and bushings and did an oil change. I also had a couple of U bolts that needed replacement. Matt was very kind and explained the issues to me. Fair pricing and good work. I will continue to maintain my rig at Hortons. Thanks guys for all the help gentleman, Sandy .
I was having serious steering wheel issues and almost run off the road on every turn. Horton T. Service fixed the problem by replacing gear box and pitman arm. And once again the best mechanics in town.
