Sales advisor Chris was incredible. He gave me a Cyberbeast FSD demo and took the time to explain everything clearly. As a long-term Tesla investor, whenever I’m in America I often try to get a first-hand customer experience, and Chris is a real credit to the company. We need more people like him. He was more knowledgeable than some of the institutional holders of the company I’ve spoken to. We need more Chris’ at Tesla. It was an awesome experience, thank you. I hope management see this!
We were assisted in our demo drive by ROBERT. He is very knowledgeable and low key. A week later, we decided to purchase a car and requested Robert to assist us at the showroom. He was incredibly patient and very helpful guiding us through the process.

We looked at the vehicle online and we came in after we made an appointment. The staff was ready to turn us away but clarified that we had an appointment. The staff seemed overwhelmed and the pictures of the car did not match the physical appearance the car had significant damage so we drove the distance from Orlando for nothing. When I pointed this out the salesperson basically says what you see is what you get as is. We tried some other cars and some of them had significant which the staff was clueless about. Buyer beware beware beware
