Mike's towing was a great experience all the way. Scheduling was easy and Shaun was fantastic. He made sure to take every precaution to ensure the safety of our care. It was in great care with him. He made sure that we knew what was going on and took extra precaution to make sure the car was delivered to our next location. Would highly recommend Mike's Towing Jacksonville if you ever need a tow.
That came right on time Chris is such a good guy and a hard worker thank God for me having State Farm too because I get free towing even though I have tip liability but I love this towing company
Denise was an absolute gem. Call was business oriented, but full of laughs. The claim for a tow went smoothly overall. I was able to provide payment and connect with such a lovely lady. Definitely suggest working with this amazing shop and most definitely can't wait to work with them in the future!
