Lazy delivery drivers, Damaged product, Rude and uninformed phone operators. We've delt with this company for years (not by choice), and service has NEVER gotten better. Lower your expectations if you’re using this company. Two stars max ⭐⭐
We needed a boat mattress delivered quickly. I easily entered the tracking number and found it arrived 2 minutes ago. It came overnight from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida to Jekyll Island, Georgia. It is the best delivery service I have ever had in many, many years.
This 5 star review is for Patrick, it was really stressful talking R&L carriers head quarters about a pick-up time and seeing if the driver does a courtesy call etc unfortunately they didn’t have any answer for me and transferred me to the Jacksonville branch, Patrick answered all my questions and reassured me everything was going to go according to plan and it did, soon after are phone call I had a courtesy call from a driver. I’m thankful for Patrick
