They were paid $200 to deliver a mattress on Friday. It is now Monday and no mattress, no further contact, no one answering customer service. They've taken down my tracking information and put up a bogus random number saying they cannot find that tracking number, but there is no way to input the tracking number they gave me. It is now 7 pm and both the mattress seller and I have been trying to contact them since noon. Lesson learned. Find out who will be delivering your order before placing it and if it is NXTPoint DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!
