I was driving on Collins Street and your crew turned on the collins too. Without a blinker or looking around they came into my lane and I had to quickly go over to the left lane. Your guy had no idea how to drive that truck.

Unfortunately, I can not recommend Pyramid Lawn Services any longer. We have used them for over three years, and initially, we were very happy with their services. However, similar to others’ experiences, they have now skipped our house multiple weeks in a row. Our yard looks like a jungle. This has happened on several different occasions this summer. It has now been over three weeks since Pyramid has been out to cut our grass. We have called, emailed, and left voicemails on multiple occasions and no one will call us back. After hours of calling non-responsive companies, I got a call back within 5 minutes of reaching out to Pyramid. They came out the next day and absolutely transformed my yard! I went from using them for a one time clean up, to deciding to use them from now on for monthly maintenance. Well done!Services: Yard work
