Thank you for the fast friendly service. Ray figured out what was causing the problem in our bathroom sink. And he fixed the leak in the kitchen plus restored the water pressure. We couldn't be happier!
We had an outstanding experience with Ray and Brody. They did an amazing job of installing a water softener system, although there was no pre-existing loop at our place. Ray was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, effective, and ensured we understood the entire process. Further, he went above and beyond in relocating our main shut-off valve for improved access and safety. We couldn't be more grateful for their services. Premier Plumbing is definitely the best, as they seem to prioritize integrity and great customer service over everything else.
June 16, 2026: called and made appointment for toilet issue. Ray arrived on time. Was friendly and professional. Ray explained issue and what needed to be fixed. He cleaned up after he was done. This was our 4th time using Premier. We have used other very overpriced and under impressive golden plumbers before but will never use anyone but Premier Plumbing. If I could always request Ray I would. Thank you Ray. Definitely 5 stars. Oh and office personnel very friendly and helpful!!!
