We have used Pat for our plumbing needs at two homes now. It’s rare to find a plumber who gives it to you straight. I contacted Pat with a question about our plumbing, because the recommendations from another company sounded excessive. We were not actually having any active problems with the toilets. He could have just agreed with the other company and taken our money. But he didn’t. He shared much less expensive recommendations and just told us to call him if any issues arose. Now , he has our trust AND business.
He has always done a great job and we will not be going elsewhere next time.
