Our water heater was not producing hot water, it was tepid at best. Paul did diagnostics and determined the issue. He explain repair options & was very honest. Then did a great job with the repairs. Touchton has down work for us many times over the years and is always professional & go great work.
I am a tenant. Bryan was our plumber for today. He did amazing. Very thorough. Explained everything he had to do and answered all questions.had a clogged sink and tub faucet needed replacing. Only took 3hrs. Keep up the great work. Bryan
David & Brian both made it out to my house on a Saturday, knocked out all the easy, quick fixes but issue persisted, so they did the long hard thing, and got it solved. They charged less than agreed too, for which I am grateful for. Touchton is and has been for several years now OUR Plumbers. Make 'em yours, do yourself and your wallet a favor.
