After spending all night in a cold car with my dog, Justin restored my faith in humanity. He was professional, calm, sociable and possesses a great sense of humor. Overall he was able to erase the frustrations experienced breaking down on 95 and the incompetence of triple AAA. Highly recommend Jax towing.

Reviews
After contacting multiple tow services and being turned away, Anthony over at jax express drove way out of his way to come snag me up. Great service and even better people!
I called and was greeted on the phone by Michelle. She was very accommodating she let me know the time when I can meet the driver to pick up my vehicle. I had something come up and I had to call back but she was very polite. We rescheduled for the next day and we met up with the driver Dutch at my job where my vehicle is located. He was a pleasure and chip of joy that we needed out of this horrible situation from having to have the car towed. He was very personable, friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. They were both great!! And if I ever need a tow again or someone close to me needs a tow, I will not hesitate to call or let my people know who to call. Thanks again… read full review
