It started with Denise in the front office with my call, she was honest and upfront about the closest driver being 30 minutes out and sure enough that was the case, Shawn arrived made me get in his truck as to not get wet and he secured my truck and was a s professional as could be!!
Eddie the on duty mechanic who truly knew his stuff got my brakes back in order and up and running within the hour saving me lots of money!!
Melissa helped me out on the back end and she too was more than friendly and helpful by getting me cashed out while they were finishing up my truck!!

OMG, thanks so much for coming out on the interstate the other night. Prompt service, friendly service and good price. Driving down from Maine on my last leg and a blow out tire in Jacksonville, I was a bit overwhelmed. Mike's made the trip so much easier when other companies I called wouldn't do squat. My tire fell off in the walmart parking lot. (I'm just a girl lol) I called Mikes & Mr. Nick showed up quickly and swiftly scooped my truck onto his & took it where i needed it. Def calling him anytime i need a tow, giving my family his info too!
