Santino was fast, responsive and priced very competitively. With my tight timeliness he worked with me and He had the broken door side glass fixed and window sash balances replaced. He has my trust and I will be using his crew for future glass needs.

There was an incident at my house that resulted in a broken window pane. My neighbor, who broke it, called Mercy and they were able to get someone out to replace it the same day he called. Santino showed up and did a great job replacing it outside of his normal working hours. He was very professional, courteous, and ensured it was done right despite being outside his working hours. If Santino is a proper representation of Mercy as a whole then I highly recommend them.
