“I wanted to take the time to recognize Adrianna- an angel working in scheduling at North side on Wednesday. I called on the way to see if it was ok if I was running behind for my friend’s appointment at 4:00. I live over an hour and a half away. She is wheelchair bound with two little ones. I was told there was a 15 minute grace period. I’m a nurse. I know how busy your days can be. As I was walking out the door- a patient needed me, and it put me just about 15 min behind schedule. I called again as we were pulling in 4:16. I said we’re in the parking lot! We’ve made it! I was told at this point it would be up to the technician if the appointment would be canceled. I brought her in to the front desk 4:18. We were told to reschedule and they did not have anymore monitors for her to take home. Now I understand we were late. They had the right to send us home- but Adrianna saw how important this appointment was and how much it took to get her here. She made it happen. Advocated. Got the echo and the monitor and we were done in 30 minutes. I just want her to be recognized for her kindness, compassion, and empathy. She was the only one who saw that even if it was an inconvenience, it was worth extending grace for the impact that it made. I want her to know that many people, like my friend, get lost in the healthcare system. She was defeated in that moment and Adrianna gave her hope to keep fighting. Give her a raise or a vacation or both. ? I hope she sees this and knows that it will stick with me ??“

“Very professional. The people at Coastal Dermatology were kind, patient with my questions and efficient. I had a basal cell carcinoma removed by them last year, and that also went very smoothly. It was my first time being cut on, and they were very good about checking up on me and answering my questions.“

“Michelle was my technician and she was more than professional. She has a bubbly, very outgoing, and friendly personality. I ended up not having lice, but we shared plenty of laughs about how I psyched myself out thinking I did. If I ever have a scare again, I will definitely return to the Jacksonville - Bartram Park location. I didn't catch the other techs name who was there but she was as equally amazing as Michelle was. Literally felt like I met life long friends and I was only there 15 mins max. Something that felt so embarrassing & uncomfortable to do, these two women made it feel like I was meeting the girls for drinks. Michelle even French braided my hair before I left. I cannot brag enough about the staff at Bartram Park and the level of professionalism and care that I experienced. I will definitely be recommending to friends and family and if I am ever in the area I might even just stop by to say hey! Friends, if you're dealing with a lice infestation or think you have it (like me)... Don't waste your time on store bought products, or stressing over being embarrassed...just make the appt. You will not regret it! Even if it turns out you do not have lice, and you're just a little Cray Cray ...your head & mental health will thank you ?? I'd give 20 stars if I could! Thank you Fresh Heads and the staff at Bartram Park especially Michelle for such a great experience!!“

“What a great staff. Dr. McHugh is extremely thorough in the initial visit with updated equipment. For me it only took a few visits and my back was so much better. For others it may take longer. But the results were good.
I will return if I have any further problems.“

“As far as the Medical Side of the facility we have no complaints however be very careful when it comes to billing. Twice they have sent us a billing that we did not owe so if you don't double check you might pay when you don't actually owe them anything and you might not get it back.“
