I have been dealing with Maddenaire for 15!years and they are the best. My air conditioner went out today(Saturday) and Charlie Madden was nice enough to FaceTime me and walk me how to fix it. That kind of customer service is unheard of today when most companies would have wanted to come out and charge me weekend rates. They have a customer for life
We were surprised to learn that the Madden’s had retired, as we had always enjoyed working with them. That said, we couldn’t be more pleased with the transition and the service provided by A Comfortable Environment (ACE) . Their staff was friendly, prompt and did not try to sell me something I did not need.
We truly appreciate the way ACE has stepped in to continue the level of service we had come to expect, and we’re looking forward to working with them moving forward.
