“We've now had Jake, Alex and the Jax Palm Trees team install on three different occasions. If I were to sum up each of our experiences, it would be the following; premium product, timely, professional installation and incredible customer service.One of the best examples of the above took place during our most recent installation of three queen palms. As usual, the tree selection available was outstanding. During the process of installation, there was a misunderstanding with some of the details of the location and spacing of the trees. It wasn't glaring but just wasn't quite right. I called Jake later that evening and shared our apologies as well as our desire to move one of the trees.
