I originally walked into Key Buick GMC with no real idea of what I wanted. I knew I wanted a crew cab truck with 4WD and I would prefer for it to be a darker color. My salesman was fantastic and found a great option for me but it unfortunately sold out from under me before we could close on the deal. He kept working for me though, and found me a 2023 Sierra 1500 Elevation. This thing is perfect for my needs as someone that daily drives a truck with a family and actually hauls a decent amount of material and equipment. I could not be happier with my experience and hope others go through these folks as well!

John our sales man and all the staff at GMC were extremely helpful and professional. They went beyond what I expected and help me and my family get the car we wanted. True meaning of customer care , listening and meaning what they say. Great people my new and favorite dealership

Easiest process I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. There was no back and forth haggle with pricing. Did not feel any pressure from the sales team. Didn’t have the “manager” come over to close the sale.

Zack was our point of contact and he did not bombard with text or calls. Good communication with quick responses. Highly recommend making your next purchase at Key GMC.
