I’ve been training here for 2.5 months. I have a neck injury and Coach Pat really took the time to listen to me and formulates my exercise plan so I do not hurt myself. They also watch very closely, your form. You truly feel like you are part of their family and all of the staff is super friendly. This is the first gym since my neck surgery that i haven’t quit because of neck pain. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed-:)

Excellent private gym! Pat is the owner and primary trainer. I was reluctant to start working out again because I’ve always disliked public gyms and never had a great experience. That all changed immediately when I met Pat. He’s incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and charismatic. If I notice something doesn’t feel right I just mention it to him and he immediately provides a specific exercise or stretch to remedy the problem. I’ve been going here just over 3 months now and have nothing but good things to say. Just try one session and see for yourself. Best personal training in Jax!
