I am a 74 year old grandma who was crocheting in my car parked in front of this establishment while waiting for my grandchild who lost her dad (my son) to get out of therapy which is a few doors down from this fitness center. The spots in the parking lot are not designated to any individual business in this office complex. The owner very rudely told me the spots in front of his business were his and ordered me to move my car. I did so and would have been happy to but he unnecessarily he lied saying the spots were HIS and was rude about it.

I'd avoid this place. The owner is not honest or pleasant.

WOW! This gym is like no other! If you want to see results for the work you put in, REAL TIME, then this is the place. It is all lead by personal trainers, so whatever your body needs, they know the correct work out program for you. The owner, Sergey, is the best in the business. If you are looking to compete in bodybuilding competitions or go pro in any other sport, this is your professional trainer! You won't regret it!!!

This is the first LaFitness that as a member you can't use Kettlebells they are reserved for trainers and anyone who works with a personal trainer. I attempted to understand the reason behind this hideous policy that is only at the new location in old St Augustine location in Jacksonville. The director/manager said to me “kettlebells are for trainers only, I can use something else and get my work out done, this is the policy and he doesn't know why other LaFitness around th
