I had such a great experience at this nail spot! The staff were super friendly, professional, and made me feel really comfortable. My nails came out perfect — clean, detailed, and exactly how I wanted. The salon itself is very clean and relaxing, with a nice atmosphere. I have been coming to Image nails since 2016. I can always secure an appointment when needed as Julie and Jane are very flexible and will work with you. They are very professional and go out of their way to ensure that you are satisfied, and if you aren't, they do what's needed to be done to correct it. I know there have been times when they've been taken advantage of, but they take it with a smile. They will consult with you before they start working on you to make sure they can provide the services you're requesting. If they can't provide it, they will be honest with you and let you know.
