I have been coming to Image nails since 2016. I can always secure an appointment when needed as Julie and Jane are very flexible and will work with you. They are very professional and go out of their way to ensure that you are satisfied, and if you aren't, they do what's needed to be done to correct it. I know there have been times when they've been taken advantage of, but they take it with a smile. They will consult with you before they start working on you to make sure they can provide the services you're requesting. If they can't provide it, they will be honest with you and let you know. I have been going to Image Nails for 2 1/2 years. I started going there because my nail broke at work, and it was less than 1/4 mile from my job. The employees were very friendly, and the quality of the repaired nail was better than my other nails. I have not gone anywhere else since.
