Kuan did amazing work and is very knowledgeable! I have curly hair and have been straightening it for the past 20yrs, so my hair was not the best plus I have hard water now in my home (not the best combination). She did a hard water treatment along with the thermal straightening treatment and my hair now is amazing! It's been 2 weeks I'm so glad I went to her. Firstly, upon booking within 30 minutes, I received a text message with her introducing herself and asking for any hair inspiration photos.

Once I got there for my appointment, she is very friendly and bubbly. (My last hairstylist retired so finding a new one anybody knows is very nerve-racking) I instantly felt comfortable and narrowed down what I wanted out of the photos and she quickly went to work.
