James Walsh \\u0026 Ground Force staff was a great experience. James was able to help me with my muscle imbalances from a previous back injury. James is very knowledgeable and was able to explain to me and show me proper lifting techniques and warm up exercises to help me with my weight training so the imbalances doesn’t reoccur.
