I purchased a gift card for my sister for her birthday for a massage. She scheduled her appointment for a massage and on the day of the massage she was on her way and was told that the tech had an emergency so She would have to reschedule for the next day. She was told by Victoria that she would get an upgrade for the inconvenience. Once she arrived and was taken into the spa area, she was told by the technician that she was getting a facial. I contacted them to try to understand why they would give her a facial after she booked a massage. I spoke with someone who actually made the second reservation, but not the first. Went to Hand and Stone in Fleming island for the first time. All employees were amazing. Positive vibes, very friendly. I had a male massage therapist for the first time (Elliot). He is amazing! Down to earth, calming, professional. He made me feel safe, comfortable and relaxed! Very happy with my experience :)
