My first visit with new insurance. The staff was very nice & did get a same day exam, x rays & check up, at no charge.I have Medicare advantage plan that requires pre-approval. That means delays & denials.
Everyone in reception was very nice in welcoming us to Their office! They put me in a room with two assistants who also was very pleasant and started preparing me for surgery. The Doctor came in and we talked about the procedure he was going to perform on me. They made me very comfortable and relaxed. I was very pleased with my visit!
Dr Yeung is amazing. I’m still in awe of how pleasant an experience I had despite much trepidation! I never even felt the needle and I was in and out in less than an hour. The entire staff at Greenberg oozes empathy and made me feel comfortable despite my fears. They truly do cater to cowards!!
