Can't say the best. But ok for the price. Located opposite to southeast Jacksonville library. Joining the queue with app is better as we can avoid waiting there. With coupon, it cost around 10$ for a hair cut.

The ladies do a great job. My mom lives in an assisted living facility close to here so I bring her every three weeks. They have her cut saved in the computer so they know what do every time.

I stopped at IKEA and dropped into great clips nearby. I signed in online and expected to wait 10 minutes. Instead, Maria took me right back and asked me how I like my hair cut. She recommended a clipper on sides and back for more even-cut. I’m over 50 and always had scissor cuts. Gave it a try and love it! Outstanding hair cut. Loved her positive attitude as well given this is a tough job on your feet all day. I will be back.Service: Haircut
