I just wannna say I asked maya for help with ONE item and she decided to help me with 15 more products. As a instacart shopper I appreciate that so much. Made my day 100% better I appreciate the extra effort and great customer service!

the employees that helped me today were Rosa & Andrew , they were amazing & especially Rosa. we laughed the entire time, she did my brows with ease & helped me finish shopping before check out &. the energy in this shop is a bit dead but andrew & rosa made my mini shopping experience so much fun.

p.s LV needs to sell that damn wax to the public!!

I’ve had mixed experiences at this Ulta. One of the associates, the brown-skinned girl, is always incredibly sweet, helpful, and welcoming. She truly provides amazing customer service and makes shopping there a pleasant experience.

However, there is another cashier with big eyes who always seems upset or annoyed. Her attitude toward customers comes across as rude and unprofessional, which really affects the overall experience. Customer service should feel friendly and welcoming from everyone, especially at a beauty store.
