Extremely thorough, amazing service. They really take their time and show every single detail, from the most severe down to the nitty gritty nit picky minor stuff, and give you a really good range of what needs addressed and what is more preferential. They have great recommendations for contractors on every type of job that may need addressed. Customer service is the best I have ever dealt with. Impeccable communication and all employees have great personality and are easy to talk. They never get annoyed or bothered with long calls or many questions about anything on an inspection, and again, really couldnt be happier with the service. Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. The inspector was punctual, thorough, and wonderfully easy to deal with, and the report was clear, detailed, and sent through promptly. A proper five-star experience, highly recommended this local company.
