I wish I had known what they were looking for on my four-point inspection. They told me equipment that they didn’t tell me anything about ages of equipment. My water heater is in perfect condition and it’s keeping me from getting homeowners insurance. Otherwise Dylan was great. He worked hard.
Excellent service!!
This was our third inspection with Grey Homes Inspections, including our 11-month warranty inspection, and we couldn’t be happier with their service! Dalton cook did a wonderful job.
When buying a newbuild home, you wouldn’t necessarily expect to need multiple inspections, but these inspections truly opened our eyes to the many potential issues that can come with a new build. The first inspections helped ensure our builder addressed problems before we moved in, and now, 11 months later, this inspection uncovered additional issues that only became noticeable after the house had time to settle.
We’re so glad we invested in these inspections....read full review
