I would highly recommend First Coast Property Inspectors! Will was great, he is very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in his work. He explained everything in detail and answered all our questions. We received the detailed report the next morning with a summary sheet of items that needed to be addressed and repaired to give to the builder at our walk through. We are so glad we decided to have an inspection and very pleased to have chosen this home inspection company. As a Real Estate Broker for 23 years, Will is one of the best inspectors I have worked with and definitely will refer him to my colleagues and anyone that is looking for a great home inspector.

The new construction home we are buying is quite a distance away, so we were not in attendance. Our realtor, Maureen McKinney (also 5 star), went in our place. Will was extremely thorough, a great communicator and very reasonable! We had his emailed report within 3 hours of completion of his inspection, with many detailed pictures of all issues. We highly recommend him with no hesitation!
