I called them out to fix my AC. They were the original company in 2019 that put in my air condition. I told him on the phone that I suspected it was the capacitor. When the service representative came here, he said he would run the diagnostics to be honest, he did not seem like he had much experience. He seemed like he was a young kid. He changed the capacitor about 15 minutes total that's being generous and I got a bill for $300. They did try to sell me extended warranty, etc., etc. but I was not interested as I was already annoyed by the $300For less than 15 minutes of work. Previously, I had worked with Ed kitchen who was the original owner apparently it sounds like they had combined businesses. The service and quality is just not there anymore. I will not be returning to this company. The only thing is they came out relatively fast.

I have had them hear two times f in the last two weeks system they installed Feb 2018. The unit blows cold runs and stops every 10 minutes before it heats upThey told me it would be a week before someone could come and check the system We have also had problems with the discharge drain line blocking several times each year. I hope the problem is fixed.Ktried to contact the company on July 21st and 22ndNo one answers the phone they don't return your phone calls it's the same problem that we had in the past they want to sell you the productt they don't want to service itService: HVAC repair

I called to get my ac tune-up done, it's the first one of the year and good thing I did! After checking my system they let me know that I was down about 3 pounds of refrigerant and running extremely poorly, they gave me options for testing; cheepest to most expensive, filled my lost coolant, and will be back in 7 to 10 days to check up on the system. From their we see what's happening and go from that point forward but great company and I really am happy I called a LOCAL small business, neighbors helping neighbors. Also their price for the tune-up was great and the follow on services were good too for services rendered.
