They will call your home telephone while you are at work and leave a threating message about charging you $50 for a missed appointment that had been rescheduled. They didn't remove the appointment from their calendar. They send a text and will call my cell telephone otherwise. I received a text about the new scheduled appointment. I never received any text about the appointment they are accusing me of missing.In addition, you always have a wait even when you show up 10 - 15 minutes before your appointment. I have had to wait 30-45 minutes past my appointment because they are behind schedule.
