After waiting weeks for a competitor to return, I called Bowman. Within an hour they were at my house. Within an hour they fixed everything the competitors had messed up during installation. The guys were friendly and willing to show/explain what they were doing and why. They will be my first and only call going forward.Services: HVAC system maintenance

We’ve been using Bowman for 5 years now. We have a Trane system that they didn’t install but have worked on many issues that we have had with it. It was going on 15 years old when we 1st called them. On one occasion there was a short in the system and the service Tech, Burl, worked on it for hours and finally found it. When he showed me where it was I was shocked that he was actually able to find it. They haven’t always been perfect and a few times had to come back out to redo something but they have always been fair.
